Richard Bywater

Richard is a Local Director at Metro Bank with over 30 years of experience within the financial services sector. Previously as Director of Commercial Banking with the Royal Bank of Scotland, Richard has lead teams of senior bankers working across multiple sectors including agriculture, manufacturing and healthcare.  Richard is passionate about maintaining an emphasis on people, sustainable growth and culture. His responsibilities have also included areas of human resources and talent development. As an active member of the local community Richard is an ambassador for the Milton Keynes University Hospital Charity proving support to their new cancer unit, as well as working closely with other local charities.
