Daphne has extensive experience as a senior finance leader in the NHS in both executive and non-executive roles. She qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and in her early career worked in audit, corporate finance as well as private equity settings. Daphne believes passionately in the power of education, equity of access and investing in children’s experiences in their formative years and feels privileged to have been able to access a route to a better future through her own educational journey.
